Camp notes

Our camps are always fun and the coaches go to great lengths to ensure EVERY child has a good time and makes friends :)

Sports include Football, mini-Cricket, Rounders, Uni-Hoc, Frisbee, Foot-Golf, Foot-Rounders and there will be lots of playground games with a football twist for the younger kids :)

COVID-19
Should our sessions need to be cancelled due to the latest Government advice, Loves Football will refund the cost of the session.

Hand sanitiser will be available, although we request parents pack a small hand sanitiser bottle if possible (e.g. travel bottle).

COACHING
All our lead coaches are FA qualified, hold a DBS certificate and are first aid trained. In addition, they are experienced coaches of local grassroots teams.

AREA
We will be using the 3G pitch

PARKING
Please park at the College Road car park and NOT Springfield Road or any of the other car parks

REGISTRATION
Our coaches will register your child at the bottom of the steps leading to the pitch; we'll also drop them back at the same point - please stay outside the pitch and behind the green cage/barrier.
Please follow the latest Gov.uk guidelines regarding social distancing. Under NO circumstances should you drop off or pick up your child without them being ticked off on the register.

FOOTWEAR
Astros, football boots (no metal studs or blades) or trainers please

Shinpads are recommended to be worn for ALL children.

EQUIPMENT
Players are welcome to bring their own footballs, although please ensure they have the child's name on it! Loves Football will not be held responsible for any lost/burst footballs.

WELFARE
Please plan for the conditions!

A change of clothes is recommended. Please also ensure they have a packed lunch and a drinks bottle (non-single-use plastic please!)

TUCK SHOP
A small tuckshop will be available (crisps, chocolate, pop etc) - please remember to let Loves Football know of any allergies.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Please ensure all kit is clearly labelled with your child's name.

DISCLAIMER
Whilst every effort will be made to minimise risk of injury, accidents can happen. By making this booking you do not hold Loves Football liable for any accident, injury or loss of belongings. Also, Loves Football will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any personal belongings.

PAYMENT
Full payment is due to secure payment and includes a non-refundable 25% deposit per booking. Should you need to cancel then the following refund applies:
2 weeks notice = 75% refunded
less than 2 weeks notice = 75% refunded if we are able to refill the space

SIBLINGS -
Sibling discount (40%) is automatically calculated at the time of booking. Please note, you MUST book siblings at the same time for this to apply. Please contact James on 07721 882769 if this doesn't work!!
